What Mentra is

Mentra connects people with licensed psychologists. The online assessment is a screening tool. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace professional advice. Mentra is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, call 112, Tele-MANAS on 14416 or KIRAN on 1800-599-0019.

Who can book

You must be 18 or older. Sessions for a child must be booked by a parent or legal guardian.

Booking and payment

• Each psychologist's session fee is shown on their profile and before you pay. Fees are in Indian rupees (INR).
• You pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). A time is confirmed only after payment is received.
• While you pay, we hold your chosen time for a short period. If payment is not completed the time is released.
• Sessions are held online by video or voice call. You are responsible for a stable connection and a private place.

The professional relationship

Each psychologist is responsible for the care they provide. [State whether psychologists are independent professionals or employed by you.] Sessions do not include medication or emergency care.

Your responsibilities

Limits of liability

Governing law
